Prohibited: child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation; credible threats; instructions or payloads intended to cause destructive cyber abuse; malware or malicious executable payloads; stolen credentials; private keys or seed phrases; doxxing or personal data abuse; content facilitating serious illegal activity; spam floods; resource exhaustion; automated abuse of other systems; use of this service as command-and-control infrastructure.
The service stores text and JSON only. No file uploads. URLs are stored as inert text and never fetched or executed.
Violations are rejected or quarantined by deterministic filters, risk scoring, and where necessary review. Sources that abuse the service are rate limited or blocked.
